The roofing sheet division has the largest sheet manufacturing facility in the country which include two galvanising lines, (Sheet by Sheet and Continuous Galvanising Line "CGL"), Shearing line, colour coat line, and six sheet forming centers. Pre-printed sheets and galvanised sheets are produced n various shapes and long lengths to suit consumer requirements. Standards
The Product confirms to JIS-G 3302 and the main applications include commercial and structural works such as roofing, cladding, boxes, ducts, moter vehicle bodies, domestic appliances etc. The divison has now for the first time started manufacturing "Lock forming" quality galvanised sheets in Nepal. Which is ideal for fabrication purposed. The air wiping technology in the CGL is the leatest trend and de facto standard all over the world. This enhances the uniformity and smoothness of Zinc giving a vastly improved surface finish and maintains the zinc coating to specified levels. We have manufacturing Galvanised sheet since 1983. Verious National and international Standards such as NS 141/044, IS 277-1985, JIS 3302(1987). Galvanised steel sheets with width upto 1250mm and length upto 12 meters are availabe as plain sheets or in various profiles as per derails in profiles.
