MAW Enterprises - the sole distributor of Yamaha bikes in Nepal - to minimise road accidents and as part of its corporate social responsibility initiated the 'Yamaha Safe Riding Science'. The programme is a global initiative undertaken by Yamaha. In Nepal, it was started about two years back, along with various events taking place in India and other parts of South-East Asia. MAW, under the programme, organised an event at Sky International College, Milan Chowk, Butwal. Along with the Yamaha team, managing director of the college Gopal Ghimire, also participated in the programme, where more than 55 students took part.
