2017 KTM 250 Duke is the newest addition to the KTM street fighter lineup. It entered Nepal in its second generation and has been launched here. The 249cc, single cylinder engine is liquid cooled and fuel injected, producing 30 PS at 9000 rpm and 24 Nm at 7500 rpm. It comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and uses slipper clutch for refined performance.
The bike weighs 161 kg and carries the steel finished, 13.5 liter fuel tank. The new design is much sharper than the existing 200 Duke while KTM offers the same in 2 shades (Black and Orange) for wider audience appeal. Duke 250 rivals Yamaha FZ25 and Benelli TNT25 in its segment.
